Evander Holyfield: 109 Room House in Foreclosure

Definition of: foreclosure; deal: [evander holyfield]

Entry: fore·clo·sure Pronunciation: \-?kl?-zh?r\foreclosure

Function: noun

Date: 1713 : an act or instance of foreclosing; specifically : a legal proceeding that barsor extinguishes a mortgagor’s right of redeeming a mortgaged estate

The “Real [Deal]” former heavyweight boxing champion Evander Holyfield’s, 54,000 square foot mansion in Atlanta is being [foreclosed].

If you are interested, the highest cash bid at Fayette County courthouse will get 109 rooms, 17 bathrooms, three kitchens and a bowling alley.

Holyfield, at age 45, has been trying to make a boxing comeback in the past several months and now we see why. A Federal lawsuit in Utah for the repayment of a loan of more than five hundred thousand and the former champ has nine known children and is constantly being sued for back child support.

The mansion on Evander Holyfield way, looks like the “real deal” since its up for cash auction. If you have deep pockets the reported electric bill will set you back about six grand a month, and if you have an enlarged prostate the 17 bathrooms will be a luxury you just can’t pass up.

The 109 rooms and the former champs financial woes lately, make for an ideal adventure since you know there has been no security checking the place lately. You just may find an eager participant in one of them spare rooms hoping to make baby number 10.

Whether you can stand being called my-baby’s-daddy is something you will just have to live
with in the other 108 rooms.
